Tell us a little about your work history/professional journey, and how it led you to buildingSMART.

My CV can be divided into two parts, on the one hand the path from employed manager to general manager in the automotive industry and on the other hand the path as an entrepreneur in facility management.  In the automotive industry, real estate was always part of my area of responsibility and so I got to know the FM sector and invested in 4 owner-managed companies after my management career and finally handed over operations with more than 30 employees to my son in 2020. The data needed for CAFM led me to the BIM methodology and so I founded bSAT with my own money in 2018.
